Refund policy
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
At Auntie Make Me Dat, every product is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because we start production quickly, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may have already begun creating your order, and cancellations may not be possible.
Because we begin almost immediately, we won’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after 24 hours.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Sadly, sometimes things can be damaged in transit. We do our best to ensure everything is packaged carefully to avoid anything from happening. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at auntiemakemedat@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to find a resolution.
If we don’t contact the courier within the allotted time, we may not be able to make a claim with them. Once the claim has been submitted with them, we may need your assistance to deliver to the courier for inspection and completion of the claim.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Custom & Personalized Orders – Any item with a custom name, engraving, or design approval.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards – These are non-refundable.
