Shipping Policy

Depending on the item, our processing time can be between 2-4 weeks.  Each item varies on turn around time.

Based on the courier, we cannot guarantee delivery time once the package leaves our facility.  Normally delivery time based on the courier used is 3-10 days.  Items will be coming from Hawai’i.

 Any international orders will be responsible for customs or duty fees.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Custom & Personalized Orders – Any item with a custom name, engraving, or design approval.
• Sale Items & Gift Cards – These are non-refundable.
